Completed in 2006, Rivo Tower is a High Rise Condominium building located in the heart of downtown Sarasota Florida.
Rivo at Ringling is a contemporary atrium building. The first five levels are parking. Floors 6 through 12 have 10 units per floor with 1,483 to 1,883 square feet of living space. Fourteen penthouses on the top three levels will be as large as 3,460 square feet. This facility is equipped with a Siemens XLSV fire alarm system.
