The Vistas are a luxury high-rise development located in Bonita Bay, one of Bonita Springs, Florida’s most desirable communities. Constructed in 1998 by Lutgert, Vistas features 25 stories with 98 units and only five residences per floor.
Commercial electrical systems completed a system migration from a Siemens MXL to a Siemens Cerberus Pro Modular. The cost effective way of upgrading existing Siemens systems to the next generation without being invasive to the building and it occupants. Thanks to Cody and Jason from our Fort Myers location from taking this 20 year old system (Top Pictures) and converting it to Cerberus Pro Modular (Bottom Pictures) with a super neat and clean conversion and not having to replace any devices in the field making sure the head end of the system will last another 20 years.
