Magnolia Pond Residences is approved for the construction of 434 apartment units. The complex will have 12 three-story apartment buildings and a clubhouse around a more than 5-acre lake.
The property is being developed by the Richman Group, which controls the nation’s seventh-largest rental apartment portfolio. The firm, based in Greenwich, Connecticut, purchased the acreage in May 2019 Commercial Electrical Systems was awarded the Fire Alarm and Area of Rescue system for this project.
