Hollywood 20 is considered the center of the entertainment complex in downtown Sarasota. Built in the 1990s . Commercial Electrical Systems installed a Siemens MXLV integrated state of the art Fire alarm and Voice evacuation system throughout the complex. Hollywood 20 is part of a multi use project including other use spaces such as restaurants office and retail spaces.
